Momentory(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 프라이버시를 최우선으로 설계된 감정 기록 앱입니다. 앱 개발자는 사용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

개발자는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 사용자가 작성한 기록(기분, 메모, 태그, 사진)은 모두 사용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 앱에는 광고, 제3자 분석·추적 도구가 전혀 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

2. 구글 드라이브 백업 (선택)

사용자가 백업 기능을 켜면, 기록이 사용자 본인의 Google Drive 앱 전용 공간(appDataFolder)에 저장됩니다. 이 공간은 사용자만 접근할 수 있으며, 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 백업에는 Google Drive API의 drive.appdata 권한만 사용하며, 다른 Drive 파일에는 접근하지 않습니다.

3. 권한

• 알림 — 기록 리마인더를 보내기 위해 사용
• 인터넷 — 구글 드라이브 백업/복원에만 사용
• 결제(Billing) — 유료 기능(Momentory Plus) 구매에 사용(구글 플레이 처리)
• 사진 첨부는 사진 선택 도구를 통해 이루어지며 저장소 접근 권한을 요구하지 않습니다.

4. 결제

유료 기능 구매는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 카드·결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

모든 데이터는 사용자가 직접 관리합니다. 앱 내에서 기록을 삭제하거나, 앱 데이터를 초기화하거나, 구글 드라이브 백업을 삭제하면 해당 데이터는 사라집니다.

6. 아동

본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 변경

본 방침은 필요 시 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

Momentory (the "App") is a private mood‑journaling app designed with privacy first. The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

The developer collects no personal data. Everything you write (moods, notes, tags, photos) is stored only on your device. The App contains no ads and no third‑party analytics or tracking.

2. Google Drive Backup (optional)

If you enable backup, your entries are stored in your own Google Drive app‑private space (appDataFolder), accessible only to you. The developer cannot access it. Backup uses only the Google Drive API drive.appdata scope and never touches your other Drive files.

3. Permissions

• Notifications — to deliver journaling reminders.
• Internet — only for Google Drive backup/restore.
• Billing — for the optional Momentory Plus purchase (handled by Google Play).
• Adding photos uses the system photo picker and requires no storage permission.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. The developer never receives your card or payment details.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You control all your data. Deleting entries in the App, clearing app data, or deleting your Google Drive backup removes that data.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's data.

This policy may be updated; changes will be posted on this page.
